About Content Editors

Content Editors are one-off instances hosted on the CHURCH.tech platform that give you the ability to offer editing capabilities (for content generated from uploads) to your users without requiring them to have a CHURCH.tech account. Content Editors can be restricted by a password and can have a limited lifespan to ensure that only the intended users can access them.

Types of Content Editors​

There are three main types of Content Editors

Rich Text Editor​

The Rich Text Editor allows users to edit text content in a simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface.

List Editor​

The List Editor allows users to edit a list of items. These items ultimately get stored as a JSON array of strings.

Page Editor ⚠️ (Coming Soon)​

The Page Editor allows users to edit a full-page of content. This content can be a mix of text, images, and other media. It is stored as an HTML document.
